Prize draw rules
1. Name and Organizer of the prize draw
- The name of the prize draw: Customer satisfaction survey 2025
The organizer of the prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is Mercarius Flottakezelő Kft. (Registered office: 1142 Budapest, Komáromi út 36-38. 4.; Tax ID: 1223867-3-2-44) (“Organizer” or “Data Controller”).
The Organizer declares that this Prize Draw does not fall under the scope of Act XXXIV of 1991 on the organization of gambling.
The Prize Draw is conducted by the Organizer on the website operated by it: https://www.molmercarius.hu.
2. Participants in the Prize Draw
Any natural person over the age of 18 who is provided services by the Organizer (or whose employing company is provided services by the Organizer), who fully complies with all the conditions set forth in these Rules, and who is not subject to any exclusion criteria from the Prize Draw (hereinafter: “Participant”) may participate in the Prize Draw. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in the Prize Draw:- Owners, executive officers, employees, agents of the Organizer, as well as their close relatives;
- Owners, executive officers, employees, agents, and their close relatives of any other legal entities or organizations without legal personality directly involved in organizing the Prize Draw.
3. Description of the Prize Draw
Participants eligible for the prize draw are those who, within the duration of the Prize Draw, complete the customer satisfaction questionnaire available at the Organizer’s link https://form.jotform.com/MercariusKft/gyfl-elgedettsgi-felmrs-2025 and indicate their intention to participate in the Prize Draw by clicking the “YES” button during the questionnaire completion.
4. Duration of the Prize Draw
The Prize Draw takes place between January 16, 2026, and January 27, 2026.
Participation in the Prize Draw and registration for it is possible from the announcement date of the Prize Draw until 11:59 PM on the last day of the Prize Draw. Applications received before the start or after the end of the Prize Draw period are invalid and will not be included in the draw.
5. Registration for the Prize Draw, Participation conditions
Only those Participants who fully and jointly meet the participation conditions set forth in these Rules may take part in the prize draw. Participation is open to those who, on the platform, provide their consent as specified in the Privacy Policy to the processing of their identifying data and the license plate number of the vehicle they use, as well as to the public disclosure of their name in the event of winning the Prize Draw. This requires the complete and truthful submission of the necessary data in a way that matches the data on the Participant’s valid identity document. Participants must maintain their data processing consent throughout the duration of the Prize Draw, the draw itself, and the time of prize collection.
6. The Prize
Among Participants who meet the conditions of these Rules, the Organizer will draw the following prizes:
- A premium weekend test drive (subject to prior arrangement),
- 1 pair of tickets to the Rúzsa Magdi concert taking place on February 20, 2026 (https://www.budapestarena.hu/program/ruzsa-magdi-2026
) at the Papp László Sports Arena (hereinafter: the “Prize”).
Each Participant is entitled to a maximum of one Prize (1 pair of day tickets or admission).
To fulfill any tax obligations related to the prizes, the Organizer and the winners are required to cooperate. Regarding the transfer of the prize (considering the circumstances), the provisions of Sections 76 (3) and (5) of Act CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax shall apply, meaning that based on the regulations applicable to contests and competitions, the obligation to declare and pay personal income tax lies with the payer. The Organizer shall be considered the payer.
Beyond the prizes listed above, the Organizer will not draw any additional prizes in the Prize Draw.
Prizes drawn in the Prize Draw are personal and non-transferable to others. In case of unlawful transfer, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the Participant from future prize draws, and third parties providing the prizes are entitled to refuse participation in the events.
7. The Draw
The draw will take place on February 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
The winners and runners-up will be drawn by the Organizer using its own system, with a non-certified drawing program based on the principle of randomness.
At the time of the draw, the Organizer will select, in addition to the winners, 2 runners-up. If a winner is not eligible for the prize, fails to provide the necessary data for prize delivery within 5 working days of notification, or declines the prize, the runner-up will become entitled to the prize. Runners-up may be replaced by subsequent runners-up until the prize is awarded. If the last runner-up in line also becomes ineligible, the prize will have no winner and will remain the property of the Organizer. Participants already drawn cannot be drawn again in the further course of the draw.
8. Prize delivery
Participants are obliged to cooperate with the Organizer to receive and claim their prizes.
If Participants fail to fulfill their obligations despite repeated requests from the Organizer, especially if they do not collect the prize within the deadline causing the prize delivery to fail, the prize can no longer be collected or claimed, and the Organizer shall bear no liability for any damages arising from this.

. The winner may refuse the prize by submitting a written statement to the Organizer. The winner must inform the Organizer of the refusal immediately, but no later than the 5th working day following the draw.
The winner is not entitled to receive the prize if:
- They are under 18 years of age;
- They do not respond to the Organizer’s inquiry within 5 working days;
- The winner declares that they cannot or do not wish to accept the prize;
- It is clearly proven that the Participant attempts to influence the course or outcome of the Prize Draw in any way;
- The consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn during the Prize Draw period or before the prizes are handed over; in such cases, the Participant will not be considered a Participant in the Prize Draw or loses entitlement to the prize.
9. Liability
- The Organizer shall not be held liable for any deficiencies in the Prize Draw registrations (such as misspelled names, addresses, or other data, submission of fictitious information, etc.) or for any delays in notifications or delivery resulting from such deficiencies.
- Participants bear all consequences arising from incorrect data they provide or from their mailbox being unable to receive mail. The Organizer is not in a position to verify the accuracy of the data provided during (or after) registration for the Prize Draw. In this regard, all responsibility, including any related legal and financial consequences, lies solely with the Participants.
- The Organizer excludes all liability for the fulfillment of the prizes (including, in particular, the cancellation of any event).
- Winners may enforce any claims related to the prize only against the organizer of the concert/event.
- The Organizer and the Administrator exclude any liability for any compensation or indemnification claims arising from participation in the Prize Draw, any errors, deficiencies, or malfunctions of the Prize Draw, delays occurring during the Prize Draw, or any costs, damages, or losses related thereto.
- By participating in the Prize Draw, the Participant expressly waives any claims against the Organizer or any third party relating to the organization of the Prize Draw, the draw itself, the prizes, or the winners.
- The Organizer is also not responsible if, during the Prize Draw period, the Prize Draw or the website containing the Prize Draw and these Rules becomes temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. The Organizer shall not be liable for errors or consequences arising from reasons beyond its control (e.g., technical failures or outages in the internet network).
- If any third party, authority, or court makes any claim or initiates proceedings against the Organizer due to or in connection with the Participant’s conduct, the Participant shall take all measures required by the Organizer and compensate the Organizer for all damages, financial losses, and costs incurred as a result of the Participant’s unlawful conduct or related actions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules.

II. Scope of personal data processed and legal basis for data processing
During the Prize Draw, the following personal data will be processed:
a) Contact data and data necessary to verify your eligibility to participate in the Prize Draw, including your name, email address, the name of your employing company, and the license plate number of the vehicle you use (rented from the Data Controller);
b) Answers provided to questions asked during the Prize Draw;
c) Your email address and the name of your employing company for the purpose of prize delivery.
The purpose of data processing for the data under points a) and b) is to verify the conditions for participation in the Prize Draw, conduct the draw, notify the winners, and enable prize collection. For the data under point c), the purpose is to enable the delivery of prizes.
Further purposes of data processing, if you become a winner, include:
a) Public announcement of your name to certify the fairness of the draw;
b) Fulfilling legal obligations under Act CL of 2017 on Tax Administration, Act C of 2000 on Accounting, and Act CXVII of 1995 on Personal Income Tax regarding your name, place of residence or stay, tax identification number, and the value of the prize.
The legal basis for data processing is your explicit consent given through registration on the website operated by the Data Controller at https://form.jotform.com/MercariusKft/gyfl-elgedettsgi-felmrs-2025
(hereinafter: the Prize Draw Platform), as well as the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, as the organizer of the Prize Draw, to enforce any legal claims related to the conduct of the Prize Draw that may arise due to your behavior or involving others.
Your data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, as well as Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (Info Act).
III. Duration of personal data processing
The Data Controller processes your personal data from the time of their submission a) until the end of 90 days following the drawing of the winners, b) in the case of winners, until the end of the eighth year following the receipt of the prize, and c) in the event that the Data Controller enforces a legal claim against you or another party due to your conduct, until the limitation period for such claim expires.IV. The Data Controller does not use any data processors, and personal data will not be transferred to third parties.V. Rights related to the processing of personal data
You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time before the draw: in such case, your data will be deleted and you will be simultaneously excluded from the Prize Draw.
You may also withdraw your consent after the draw but before receiving the prize: in this case, your data will still be deleted, but it will be considered that you have waived the prize.
However, even if you withdraw your consent, the Data Controller will continue to process your data if the Data Controller enforces a legal claim against you or another party due to your conduct, or if a legal claim is enforced against you due to your conduct.
If such data processing occurs, the Data Controller will notify you, and you will have the right to object to such processing at any time for reasons related to your particular situation. In case of objection, the Data Controller must demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or that relate to the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If there is an error in data recording or a change in your data, you may request correction of your personal data.
You may request information from us about which personal data we process, for what purpose, and in what manner, and you may also request a copy of the personal data we process. These requests will be fulfilled free of charge.
To protect your data, your rights to access and control your data can only be exercised after prior identification.
