Gábor Mózer joined the management of MOL Mercarius during the merger with MOL Fleet

Gábor Mózer has more than 25 years of experience in sales roles within the fleet management and financing sectors. He began his career as a sales manager and gradually advanced to team leader and later to sales director positions.

As Sales Director of MOL Mercarius, he is responsible for the corporate and public sector sales teams, the growth of the fleet, and strengthening the company’s market position.

During the merger period

One of Gábor’s most important tasks in 2025 was to ensure that, during the merger of MOL Fleet and MOL Mercarius, customers would experience as little as possible from the internal transformation, and that the quality of service would remain unchanged—or even improve.

While the integration of internal processes and structures was underway, Gábor’s goal was to ensure that the sales team continued to prioritize maintaining a strong customer experience.

Customer experience as the key to volume growth

For Gábor, customer experience has always been at the heart of sales. He considers it essential that, alongside continuous growth, the company preserves its customer-centric approach. One of the key elements of this is direct control over service quality, which is a cornerstone of MOL Mercarius’s operations.

He also saw one of the greatest advantages of the merger in the company’s ability to rely on its own resources – its own employees and facilities – to deliver high-quality services to its clients. This enables quick and efficient responses to any situation, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity of service.
